Our Recruitment Process

We follow a simple three step recruitment process. You will be notified via email regarding the status of your application at each step.

Application

You can apply to us by filling out a the application on the apply page.

We will review your application and get back to you within 7 business days.

Discussion

We get on a quick conversation to better judge if we are a good fit for each other.

After this, the application moves to the resolution stage.

Resolution

Based on the discussion, we decide if we are a good fit for each other. And the offer letter is extended accordingly.

You can contribute remotely!

We have embraced the remote work culture even before COVID times. But as Uncle Ben says, with the great power comes great responsibility!

  • We recommend that you keep a dedicated distraction-less work-space 
  • It is preferable put social media notifications on mute in work hours.
  • We encourage that at least 6 hours of your work hours coincide with your peers.
  • We believe in obsessively sharing our availability, breaks and leaves with our peers so that everybody can prepare to carry on the battle until you rejoin the forces!
